Mileage is charged after 10 miles to the vehicle disablement location and is calculated from our office at 3717 Northerly Rd Charlotte.
Service requests that do not fall under any other category are charged at a rate of $99.00 plus mileage.
This service includes delivery of up to 5 gallons of regular gasoline or diesel. ALL fuel delivery service calls must be prepaid by a credit or debit card at the time of the service request and prior to our unit being dispatched to respond. Once paid/dispatched, the charge is non-refundable.
All battery jump start service calls include battery and alternator testing and battery terminal cleaning. We will also check the age of the battery and recommend when you should plan to replace it. Price is for light duty passenger cars, SUVs and light/mid-size pickup trucks with 1 battery.
Price is for medium duty vehicles with 2 batteries. Price is for full-size trucks (F250-F550, 2500/3500/4500, etc.)
Price is for heavy duty vehicles with 3 or more batteries. Price is for large chassis/commercial trucks such as box trucks, motorhomes (F650 and larger, 5500 and larger, International, Freightliner, etc.)
We stock and sell Interstate Batteries and will respond with the appropriate size battery to install into your vehicle. All Interstate Batteries include nationwide free replacement warranty, typically 24-30 months depending on which battery you purchase. Price is for installation on a light duty vehicle with 1 battery plus the cost of the battery.
Price is for installation on a medium duty vehicle with 2 batteries plus the cost of the batteries.
Price is for installation on a heavy duty vehicle with 3 or more batteries plus the cost of the batteries.
We will install your good spare tire and check the tire air pressure and re-inflate it to the proper PSI to ensure it is safe to drive on. Price is for light duty passenger cars, SUVs and light/mid-size pickup trucks.

We have the proper tools to remove most stripped or damaged lug nuts, or in some cases damaged wheel locks. The charge is in addition to other service call charges.

Winching a vehicle from a steep embankment, precarious location, fixed object (rock, curb, pole, building, railroad tracks, etc.) or from a distance greater than 15 feet from of an asphalt, concrete or gravel surface. Also includes rolling an overturned vehicle back onto its wheels.
Transporting a vehicle from the disablement location to another location such as a repair facility. This is the hook up fee, mileage charges are additional.
