Frequently Asked Questions about Roadside Assistance

We provide battery jump starts, battery replacement, car door unlocks, fuel delivery, flat tire services for passenger cars, SUV's, pick up trucks, cargo or step vans and small to mid size trailers including boat, horse, RV and utility trailers.  Additionally, we provide light and medium duty towing, winching and recovery services.  Whether you're on the side of the road, in your driveway or in a parking lot or parking garage, we're able to assist you regardless of your disablement location or situation. 

Our goal is to resolve your vehicle problem so you can continue on with your daily plans.  We are usually able to accomplish that without having to tow your vehicle.  Our efforts often reduce your costs by eliminating the cost of towing and subsequent repair costs at a local shop. However, in the event our efforts are not successful and you do require towing, we do offer light and medium duty towing services.

We stock a wide range of tires/wheels for boat, horse, RV and utility trailers.  We likely have something in stock that will work for your trailer.  A trailer tire service starts at $119.00 plus the cost of the tire/wheel if you do not have a spare.  The range of our trailer tires and wheels are $180-$240 depending on the size needed for your trailer.  We DO NOT sell car or truck tires.

We can recharge your battery and test it for proper operation.  Once charged, we will start your vehicle and test your alternator to see if it is faulty.  In most cases we can replace your battery with a new Interstate battery or if the alternator is faulty we can assist you with a tow to a repair facility.

We accept cash, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay or Google Pay.   Payment is collected on site for most services but payment is required at the time of dispatch for fuel deliveries, if the call is outside of our normal coverage area or in other circumstances as determined at the time of the service request.
